It actually requires less deficit to meet protein/fat/carb ratio and therefore fat loss has stopped. People still say I need to give it some time (to go into ketosis etc.) but it's been like a week. I feel like shit. I want bananas and milk back!
Please tell me I can stop this shit and return to balanced/high-protein diet and still have my fat loss same as on "keto".

If I have higher blood pressure, than normal (slightly) and had problems with this in past as well (when I was overweight), do I need to avoid this stuff? What will happen if I ask my doctor about this? Will he give me advice or just think, that I am retard?
