I found out about KS about 2 years ago and played the demo. Coming out of the demo, Emi was bottom who-gives-a-shit-tier, coming out of the finished project, I fucking love ever ounce of her overly-happy self.

Anyone remember the ridiculous roleplay choose-your-own-adventure threads that that one guy did around the picture, like it was some supernatural demon locking you in a weird dimension, but it would kill you if you talked about it? Good times.

I just finished Emi route, and I have no regrets. I took a look in the mirror just as I finished the route, and my expression was one of utter bliss. I have no regrets, although I'm slightly saddened that the other routes most likely won't include Yuuko or Mutou as much. Or make me as happy(As I've already finished Lilly's route, and Emi doesn't top Lilly). Still, I can't leave this unfinished, so if you excuse me, it's time for some charred love.

Hahaha, that would've been silly, it would be an easter egg about an easter egg. The reason the painting was put in there is because it's one of the lead artist's ACTUAL paintings.

Also, for everyone who says the paintings are bad: I'm in art school. They're not the best, but they're not terrible. They might not be very 'accessible' though. And yes, pun very intended.

If anybody from 4LS reads this, I just want you guys to know you did a damn good job. This was totally worth every day of waiting. I think a significant part of that is people playing it and avoiding spoilers, as well as people being tired of spam and keeping everything in the sticky where the janitors can clear out the shit.

The quality of this game surprised me. My expectations for it were varying, whether it'd be a solid, thoughtful game as I felt Act 1 was or a Duke Nukem Forever. I am overjoyed to say it exceeded even my most optimistic expectations.

Finished all routes in one go 1 hour ago, only got distracted by human instincts like eating, pissing and napping. I am right now starting to have sympoms of some kind of post traumatic disorder that makes me want to think that KS is real life, i really wish i was in Hisaos shoes.

Well this thread has been good, I've got my personal archived copy, and I don't think I'll ever let go. Mods don't seem to want to put up another KS sticky, so it looks like we're going to fall back to generals. Can't say I like that, I'd prefer a third large sticky myself but it's not my choice to make.

Just finished Hanako's happy ending, And to be honest...I kind of liked Shizune more. Even though her story was really disjointed and had a vague ending, whenever they are alone together it feels like they're a real couple.

With Hanako, everything is literally crammed into the 4th act, which by the way, is actually really good. But other than that, it seems like they literally go nowhere for the entire story until then.

Can't complain much, though, because it was still a really good eding
