On the one hand, the liberal left says that regulation on drugs is a pointless, expensive waste of time even though drugs are killing more people every year than guns are. On the other hand they say that banning guns is necessary. It is rank hypocrisy of the worst sort. They are simply using tragedy and heartbreak as a means of advancing a political agenda. To them, such tragedies are merely a Machiavellian means to an end so they can ban things they "don't like" while ignoring far more dangerous things that they personally approve of. Despicable.
