Worth the read y/n

hi, im at the bookstore and there is nice promotion for marquez books, which do i buy? almost all titles are present

Does anybody who is a published author, or has been writing for awhile support this method? If so, have you ever used the software program

It's a ten step process to write a novel, starting with a blurb and working your way up to the full outline. The guy who made it claims you can make a novel in half the time as if you just sat down and started writing.
