There's this cartoon character that I'm having trouble remembering.
First of all, I have no idea how old I was, what channel I was on, or what I was watching - however, I do remember a few details. He's suppose to be a creepy antagonist (from memory) and wears all/mostly-black. And probably really shadow-y. I think there's a black and white striped part on him, probably in the form of a claw. The scene I think he appeared in is him standing near/next to/in front of a blue wall, and the camera slowly pans from the ground, upward. His laugh is very distinct - it's breath-y, but loud and cheery. Sorta like Mark Hamil mixed with a demonic laughter. Also, his voice is relatively similar to the laugh, and he sounds to be around mid-30's to early-40's. One more thing; he's not truly malicious, but rather funny. Not that he wouldn't deliberately hurt someone, mind you. He's child-like. Let's put it that way.
I have trouble putting this to a word or phrase to find him, and I don't remember his face.
Anybody older than me, or even the same age perhaps, seen him?
