Maybe rather than 'calling them out' and people ignoring them because this person is famous, you could make a lot of posts about how excited you are about the prop and link/hashtag them in to it. People might be excited too, whores love to do stuff when it's getting them positive attention.
Then spam them some more emails.
At that point, you can then call them out. With screencaps of commission and payment.

Reactions I've had in that particular theme:
