Loved the show, and most of the food looked pretty decent. Plus the catering bitch was hot. I'm glad he's no longer making all foams all the time (took him long enough). Of course, now he's now focused on gelatinizing, like, everything. But at least the latter doesn't have the consistency and temperature of warm spit.

Marcel was a chef at a kickass restaurant in LA (Bazaar by Jose Andres), so he's got a great pedigree and a lot of talent. But his doucheyness and OMGmololololecular-gastrnmy obsession have undermined him.
