he was with 3 people
i think one was a 14 year old white kid with short blone hair in a flat non puffy bowl cut fashion
the other was a girl that looked like the same age (both other party members were like under 5 or just barely reaching 5 feet or so)
she had hair down to her upper mid back and was all fritzy(35%) curly (65%) and had black plastic 1/8" rimmed glasses
i dont remember what each of them wore
the culprit in question was also a 14-16 year old brown skinned (looked more hispanic) kid with long (10%) fritzy (90%) wavy black hair going down to his mid back
he was topless except with a black cape somewhat a la zoro except with some kinda subtle reflective design
his face looked like some kinda beaner with a thin to short mustache and had maybe bushy eyebrows
the entire appearance to me seemed like he wanted to do 300 cosplay but was too short too beaner too unfit to do so
his body was like somewhat fit/muscular but like muscular after being fat for years so he had some ab definition but had sacks of fat on the side
he had on black pants or dark pants if i remember correctly and i think he had a lucky star badge (very unsure about the badge)
i tried to glance at his name but was unable to
but in general on sunday he looked like a little gay boy trying to lead his pack (of 2 retarded Junior high kids) to try to keep YOU LOST THE GAMEing people
to all readers of this thread if possible if you were in the dealers room sunday from like 1-3
post up the pictures of background people and we maybe able to track this fucker down
