I actually find his anatomy quite find, better than most TG artist but his animations sucks and overuses way to much tweening. Some of the stiff movements (Like the robotic still-neck head turns and arm swings look just uncanny valley)

Also his writing is pretty poor to like you said.
He should hire an actual writer to flesh out his ideas.

It's defensible that they allowed BlackShirtBoy since his art improved and became just barely adequate for a near-professional fetish art site, but a lot of other artist on there are just plain shit.

People being assholes depends on who you see doing tg. But yeah, decent tg is kinda rare stuff and its easy to find dicks because they tend to be loud.
The most tg content I see is on ecirava, but that's just captions(about). On DA it's diluted with an unbelievable amount of crap, and elsewhere on the net you just can't find it.
Seeing a lack of actual content here though.

Also, in other news, someone has picked up translating the Change H manga, which is a series about TG themed one-shot stories. They continued with the 4th part of Boy meets Girl, Girl meets Boy, a story about a guy and a girl with a mysterious condition that causes them to slowly change into the opposite gender and how they fell in love. It's sweet, it's kind of kinky, and it's one of the best TG stories I've ever read.
