Anyways, OP, I have them too. They're hereditary and are caused by having thin skin around the eyes so the vessels underneath show through. Not much can be done, really, aside from using makeup.

I have a similar shirt to the pictured one except with blue stripes and further spaced apart (but same thickness and therefore fewer of them), I suppose tomorrow evening I'll just flip a coin and see how the winner fares.
