I can improve my arms, there's not much I can do about shortsightedness short of glasses/contacts or a laser to the eye. It would also use much less power than a limb, or so I would assume, might actually be cheaper since we're really only dealing with miniaturized etched silicon vs a shit ton of mechanical actuators, and could probably run off whatever natural energy my body produced.

But really now, I really want the eyes so I can see through shit, magnify on objects miles away, and possibly get some crazy electronic pupils that make me look dark and mysterious. Fuck pragmatism.
