>>13524979>>13525140You need to start thinking in the bigger picture. Allow yourself to eat that apple, but each time you're tempted to eat a tiny bit more than what you're aiming to, take the apple as a promise to yourself that you'll stay on it.
Think, "I'm eating this apple today, but I'll make up for it by staying dedicated to eating healthier, eating less, looking better."
As much as /fit/ likes to advocate certain routines, it's only optimisation. You CAN gain muscle doing cardio, and you CAN lose weight even if you're eating only a bit under your TDEE. My absolute best advice is to not ask for advice from /fit/. Ask them for their opinions, yeah, but only go to /fit/ as a "second opinion".
>Is that too much restriction? It's very possible that you'll get very flabby skin from eating that little.
The idea of doing weight training alongside a cut is so that while you're losing fat, you're gaining muscle, and that'll sort of negate the flabby skin.
As a chubby girl, I'm guessing you just want to be thin.
The sticky (which you should have read, but since you're my age and a female, I'm beta enough to give advice anyway... ;_;) states that a cutting diet consists of:
>Calories: 10-12x bodyweight (in lbs)>Protein: 1.5+ grams per lb. bodyweight You're barely getting 6x, let alone 10x (mirin' my mental calculation skills?).
Honestly, you could do with that apple, or you're going to get excess skin, and that's really not a pretty sight and generally requires surgery to fix up.
