Progress is progress. At the end of the day, comparing yourself to others doesn't get a lot done. However, if you compare the "you" of today to the "you" of yesterday, and you did positive things that will contribute to a better "you"
of tomorrow...
That's something to be proud of, take pride in, and take steps to ensure you keep doing those positive things to see personal improvement.
I've always struggled with my weight and dropping a measly 10 pounds has been super hard for me (took me about two months and I've got another 20 to go) but if I can do it, I know you can too. (: <3
