Hollywood productions is also on the list, but it rarely catches any public attention if someone is caught, so I don't know about any cases.
And if it's just anime and porn we're downloading it should be cool.
Of course we'd have a couple of high-speed connections and an ambassador for each.
That way we'd only have to use bandwidth to actually download an anime episode once (with RSS or something) - the rest will just look for it on the NAS.
