there are records on whois sites of strange.strange.com but that doesn't go anywhere

Okay, I'm gonna suggest a timeline that I've theorized based on the info we've seen:

1990-ish: Guy (presumably carrottop tranny) works at a small tattoo parlor named "Strange Ink". Decides to get them a website cause it's "the next big thing" - shop goes under, he leaves it on autorenew. Decides to use it for his tabletop RPG (or whatever this cp2020 thing is)

1995 to 2005-ish: guy posts pics of his family and shit on the website.

2005-ish to today: uses it for guild now.

Make sense? Yeah, because I was sane. Now fuck off, /x/

I have a personal server I've kept up for 7 years. I host absolutely nothing on it but a few .iso files for personal use. This guy not only has that, but has some friends and some web-based utilities for RPGs. This is not strange. This is the sort of thing we do. There is no maintenance involved, and once you have something like this set up, it's more trouble to take down that to keep up.
