Now that belongs to the Samsung and Android has 75% of the market. Nokia shipped the Nokia N9 which is the first and only Meego phone, and it's an amazing thing. But due Elop it was never brough to the big markets. I just don't understand that why Nokia leaders (mostly the ex Microsoft people in the board of Nokia) wanted to kill their best selling single smartphone in years...
And the support the crappy Windows Phone which has issues with applications, durability, privacy, and is always cloud connected making it very very bad deal for you. It effectively locks you in the Microsoft's software and will not let you act as a normal customer. After you've gone to the Windows Phone there's little way out of there. Apple does the same stuff but at least they don't enforce use of icloud like Microsoft enforces skydrive. And Apple is their own thing.
