none of these are "doujins" except the first one, because they were all professionally published in adult manga anthologies, and often later reprinted in collected editions.

"doujinshi" are exclusively self-published books, usually (but not always) featuring characters from mainstream anime and manga, usually (but not always) pornographic, and usually (but not always) sold at Comic Market or some similar event. many artists whose works are published in professional anthologies also self-publish doujinshi, which is why the quality level can be very high, but the term "doujinshi" only refers to their self-published works.

you are using the term "doujin" to refer to any pornographic manga, which is simply incorrect. the first one is recognizable as a doujinshi because it features Evangelion characters; the rest are not, and I recognize many of the stories from anthologies.
