There are two instinctual reactions to seeing a woman you want for yourself getting fucked:
1. Jealousy due to potential mate being stolen;
2. Arousal, which happens in most male animals in this situation: if the female is ALREADY mating, the best option at that point is to try and fuck her immediately afterwards. Look at the shape of the penis. Know what the head is for? Many mammals have it. It's actually for cleaning out competitor's sperm, believe it or not. If you wife just got fucked, your instinct makes you want to outfuck your rival, hence a very strong sexual response.
Now, these two things - the sexual reaction and the defensive response - compete. In different males and in different situations one of these reactions outweighs the others. When in you reaction #2 outweighs #1, you exhibit what is know as the "cuckold fetish".
It's counterintuitive, but, actually, the less secure male is more jealous (threatened, angry et al), while the more secure male is more aroused.
