Teacher has a vid about painting the pic I uploaded, goes from start to finish pretty much slightly sped up with commentary. Bout 15 min. IDK if its cool to upload but if u guys REALLY want it.... Or is it not that interesting?
I have a question for you, /ic/ after painting something, and I mean a complete piece, is it ok to enhance your colors via adjustment layer/level layer? or is that considered cheating?
I was kind of marvelling at how few tweaks it took to turn a very dull palette into an interesting one, but it's difficult to choose those kinds of colors from the get-go/predict the outcome...
First time here, but I want to learn how to paint and I've decided I would like to either learn how to paint with acrylic or oil but I can't really decide which would be best. Thoughts? Also, do you guys have any tips for someone who is about to start learning how to paint?
