Why is 4chan permabanning VPNs? There is a difference between VPNs and rule 14's proxy/tor exit node since I actually pay for this service and I won't get any access to the internet without it.
I avoid lolicon because it might be illegal in my country and I don't want anyone found out I'm a lolicon. But it's a headache to decide whether a picture is lolicon or not, and because I don't like big breast (there is too much of it). It's a bit the same problem with real images: is this girl 18+?
