I doubt you'd be able to find even one incident in the U.S. that involves a home owner getting prosecuted for killing an intruder. You'll be able to find a few that involve people getting prosecuted for using illegal guns to defend themselves, but that's about it. In fact, the only incident that I am personally aware of that involves a home owner getting arrested for shooting burglars occurred in Milton Kansas back in 2011, and even that eventually got dismissed.
