>>12668742There are a few countries that do let transgender people join as their chosen gender. England, Canada and Australia are the 3 I know of, but I'm pretty sure there are a few more out there that will let transpeople join their military.
The only issue with that is you need to already be a citizen of said country before they'll let you in the military (unless I'm missing something) which means you need to live there for 3-5 years and then apply for citizenship and then the military. If you want to go through all of that then great, if not then I'm not sure what else to tell you to do.
