Yes, but Obari also draws Mecha. Something this show lacks. This show is pure shit. Simple as. There is nothing redeeming about it. It will get dismal DVD sales and be forgotten into oblivion. You may say the same for Obari, but he's been in the industry 25+ years and he is still going on strong.

Interesting... though I rather like my mecha to be self contained/independent. Besides was kinda making transforming valk kinda machine so most likely will operate away form the main forces or some such.

Yay! an excuse to post my chart again.

Lieutenant Stephen Kadesky is the leader of the Fortitude battle group vanguard squadron. His squadron is in charge of leading the assault on enemy forces, softening them up (often in tandem with the LRBDF on defensive sorties) to make sure the threat to fellow squads and the battleships is as low as possible.

The only problem is the lack of members in his squad. He doesn't know why no one is willing to join it permanently, and although he enjoys going headfirst into a battle, he'd rather have someone watching his back(reason being he doesn't want his Dom to get to badly damaged.)

He often gets into trouble as well, getting yelled at during briefings for moving around the room to much, or wandering onto the bridge to talk to the members of the Valkyries to see how they're doing. He is also not very strict on regulations except in battle where some one could wind up dead for being stupid

This brings up Lieutenant Kadesky's position as a Newtype as well. When asked about it, he just says it doesn't make him feel any better than anyone, that it just makes him a better pilot then most(this pisses some people off).

Just finished rewatching 0083, Gundam never looked this good again till Unicorn and hasn't had anything close to it's great battle choreography since.

0083 all around has to be the least cliche of all the series as well, which is great in my opinion.

Everything about it is how Gundam should be, a story of soldiers.

Also, how would you customize your personal grunt MS? You can paint it with one color, add one extra equipment and make one attribute 3x better. Example: Red Zaku with antenna and 3x faster.
