A lot of these other guys will say I'm old fashioned, but I just like the RGC-83.
(<See here) It's about as maneuverable as the old Zaku II's. I'll admit that. But it's sturdy as hell and can take a beating. In fact, the only Bipedal Mech I've come across with a higher Armor rating was an old AE Gundam prototype. And THAT was built to launch fricken NUKES, so I don't think that's a fair comparision.
Yes, it's a more recent MS then the Zaku II's; but it's got a lot of the old fashioned qualities I simply adore.
Yes, it's a little more then you have right now, with a Blue Book of 30,000 Credits (That's 65,217 Space dollars for those of you in orbit), but it's also higher QUALITY then most Zeon suits.
and while I'm on the subject of the 'grand zeon empire' I would suggest staying well away from the Zaku II, and just about any Zeon MS for one good reason.
>Damn exposed EVERYTHING.When I was researching into getting a MS, I came across an almost ungodly amount of horror stories from the One Year War where sometimes an entire squad had to stop moving so a Zaku could get it's EXPOSED MONOEYE cleaned for the umpteenth time. they also had exposed joints and the like.
>Can you see where I'm going with this? The GM's (and by proxy, their descendants), on the other hand were built for a more... unforgiving battlefield then clear space.
I'm just saying, upkeep on those Zeon suits are expensive.
