Also tap water will taste like shit no matter what you do(and will leave calcium in the coffee machine/moka), you have to use mineral water and take it to boiling point VERY SLOW if you want a strong coffee(this is for moka obviously).
In Naples, Italy, they use a different kind of moka to do it(pic related), you have to turn it upside down to infuse it after it makes a whistle.
For strong black coffee there are laws to abide to.
Of course long coffee from Mcdonald's which is elongated with water will taste the same everywhere even with Brazilian coffee.
