Back plate was set to 220
I ensured I wound it onto the correct "220" start.

Also shot a 2nd roll to make sure. Same thing.

Film was purchased from Ebay. It looks legit.
My mind = currently blown.

I can post pic of film later.

Idiort. Read the manual, there's two OBVIOUS switches for 220, there's the backplate, but also the switch on the side of the camera that needs to be turned so that the slot points at 220.

I like the lines going on here. There is a certain static about the image that makes it interesting.

Moving on.
It seems to me the best thing you could probably do is simplify, simplify, simplify.
There are alot of "busy" shapes going on here.
The intersecting lines of all those bars are drawing my eye to dang near every corner of the frame.

Here is another sort-of off-subject tip:
Next time you take a photo, remember this:
Light against dark, dark against light, big against small, small against big. Try to focus on only having one, two or three main subjects in a photograph. Placing a light subject against a dark background and vice-versa will certainly help.
Framing, watching your corners, visual balance and all that jazz comes after that.

Go back to that bridge and try to get some repeating shapes or lines or even solid shapes. Think of subjects as shapes.

Maybe even fill the frame up with a pattern you see! Think wall full of vines, brick wall face on (well, maybe not an everyday boring brick wall). Patterns are all over the place. They are really cool!

There are alot of resources available if you are seeking to become better at photography or composition in photography/art/whatever. I would suggest going to your local library and picking out some books about design, graphic design, composition, photography or anything that relates to visual design.
Its all about learning...always.
