I'm placing this thread here as I'm currently watching the Japanese TV series but really a general discussion of the whole Densha Otoko phenomeon would be nice too if mods don't mind it. Anyone else watching or watched the show? Thoughts?

In general I think it's quite a funny show though I might get irritated with the main character soon. Some definite laugh out load moments and touching ones too, though writers seem to go through the same motions sometimes.
It's also quite creepy and sad watching some of the otaku sometimes. That level of obsession I've never experienced. Oh and I know the complete truth of the story is debated but it's kind of touching how these random alienated people, support Densha...

I've been looking for a movie I saw about 7 years ago. It was this redhead girl in a bar with a guy, and she asked if he wanted to have sex with her and he said no. She then said that everyone in the bar wants sex with her and grabbed a random dude and went downstairs with him and had sex with him on a pool table, the first guy then came down and knocked out the guy she was with with a pool que. That's all I remember hopefully one of you can help me find the name of the movie.
