1. She kidnaps Tyrion on a reckless whim without considering the consequences. Not even her ability to survive the road to the Vale. She does this without considering the consequences to Ned. He has no warning, no ability to plan for how this will suddenly make open enemies of the Lannisters, while he was in the capital with THEIR DAUGHTERS.2. She constantly makes self-satisfied judgments of her brother, her son and everyone around her, seeing herself as the only person who is politically savvy enough to know what is right. Perhaps this is why you think her chapters make her seem like someone who is ALWAYS RIGHT.3. She persuades her son to make a political alliance with Walder Frey.4. She is indirectly responsible for starting the war, for Ned's leg being broken so he isn't able to leave King's Landing when he might have saved himself and his daughters and all his men. She catalyses the whole thing.5. She is constantly giving in to her own emotions, even though she tells herself she isn't, and inwardly mocking others for the same fault. This reaches an absolute nadir when she frees Jaime Lannister - which allows Lord Tywin to plan with Lord Frey, something he might not have dared with his son and heir held as a hostage to good behaviour.6. She all but pushes Robb into attending the Red Wedding, and tells him not to take measures or demand compromises that would have made the betrayal impossible.
