I'm pretty sure this is a new janitor who's relying too much on reports, though. This is evidenced by the fact that literally everything I've reported today has vanished instantly, but some posts that are obviously worse (and I hadn't gotten around to reporting) haven't been touched.
Remember, janitor-san... You don't want to just blindly delete everything that gets a single report, and you don't want to leave up rule breaking content simply because it isn't reported.
