1. Download this game, or purchase it from the bargain bin. It's for Xbox, PS2, and PC. All versions are easily accessible for free on the interbutts, IIRC.

2. Install it.

3. Start it up and set up a profile.

4. Work out.

I downloaded it a few months ago. No problems.

Oh btw, after a few months of using creams and lowering body fat, the skin starts to tighten up.

This is basically a personal trainer, in game format. You do real exercises.

But because it's a game, it will track your progress and cater to your needs. Can't do a single pushup? Then it won't include any pushups in your workouts when you start out. During the workout it will ask you how a certain exercise felt. Depending on your answer, it will keep it the same, make it easier, or make it more difficult for you in your next workout.

It also has some food plans and recipes, but it's kind of lacking.

They also have workouts geared towards upper body, lower body, cardio, stretching, yoga, etc.

Last week I barely did anything but guard idly on a half-court for around five minutes, I sat out on rotation, and could barely stand, was short on breath; felt like I was going to faint. Felt like shit the rest of the day.

I used to get this feeling as a kid somewhere in my upper stomach or lower chest, that felt like a thick iron rod pushing up against it or something, after I ran too much. I've been told it's normal, but for years I haven't been able to run for more than a minute or two without running into it.

Also, I've tried aerobic exercises in the past at the local Y and nothing has improved. I'm not fat or anything (at least I don't think I am), but I'm pathetically out of shape, and I'm convinced there's no way out.
