-Online co op, with something like a horde mode where the game pits wave upon wave of monsters on a party of 4 player characters with bosses coming every 10 waves
-Dungeons styled more like zelda, with items you obtain and keep that help you solve the dungeons puzzles and then let you access new places in the overworld, maybe not EVERY dungeon needs a new item, but at least 5-6 of them
-Armor that changes your characters appearance when worn, and can also be customized with dyes
-Silent protag, but this would probably have to be explained by the plot, similar to Caim from drakenguard losing his voice
Thats just a wishlist, i don't expect any of those things to happen because jrpgs don't evolve they just continue to exist
