>>37062805. Hire the staff you need. If you're in a hurry you can keep handymen on free roam, but preferably they should have patrol areas. Make their patrol areas smaller if there's nauseating rides nearby, it can be bigger if that's not the case. Don't overdo mechanics, especially if you've still got brand new rides. I usually don't give them patrol areas, and it's not really needed unless you've got a really big park.
6. Add benches and litter bins, add scenery to make rides more exciting, make queues bearable and to make your park look decent. Make sure every nauseating ride has benches near its exit.
7. Look where you can improve the park. Looking at the guest's thoughts in groups is a big help for this too. If it's too messy, look at what the handymen are doing. If it's too busy, increase queues where possible. If you're not making enough money, increase ticket prices, and stall prices. Also look at the rides menu. Check if queue lines take longer than 8-10 minutes, if so shorten the queues. Check if the popularity of rides goes below 24% without it raining, if so do something about it.
Do all those 7 things while you play and you should be fine.
