If Johto and Hoenn were in an ACTUAL WAR, who would win? Also, no pokemon are allowed to figh with. I would bet my money on Hoenn seeing as they are more technically advanced than Johto having submarines and space rockets. Also, Johto has a lot of buildings made of wood, so half of Johto would burn up in a war.
