Liking Naruto is legitimately poorly written, features mediocre art, and poor character designs. Enjoying keeping up with it is fine, again so long as you don't admit to it. Thinking it's anything rankable in a favorites list is idiocy.
Bleach is a strange one. Art is actually not "bad" but generic, designs aren't terrible, and story is a trainwreeck, but the one redeeming feature in it is reading it to try and psychoanalyze Kubo through it. If you read Bleach you don't read it for the story, or the characters, or the fights, you read it for Kubo.
