Read the manga from the start in any case, it's not much, the anime stretches the first two dozen chapters anyway. Also, you'll see the hug scene and the censored scene from the filler chapter afterwards, which the anime seemingly won't bother to show...

It's probably a Chihiro intro-ep, since the title refers to rainy days.

The thing is, in the manga, Chihiro-arc starts after Hakua does some more plot advancement, and with Keima pondering that stuff in particular.

Not sure I'm gonna be happy with the changes they make.

it can still be included, in case you didnt notice Haqua did "cling" on to Keima last episode.
It wasnt a hug but she did pull his sleeve, which can be considered clinging. There is still hope. However I am predicting that either

a) Half of next episode is Haqua's report
or
b) Haqua's report chapter gets pushed after Chihiro's arc

Really? At least by the end things picked up slightly, the first part was so ungodly boring. At least this proves it, everything the anime does right is because the manga does it right as well, and even then they manage to screw it up.

They inexplicably cut off Elsie's determination by remembering Keima's past deeds, and lack of hug scene plus Chihiro chapter title for next ep probably means that we're not going to have Haqua's report chapter animated.

Well at least Chihiro arc is one of my favorite, hopefully Manglobe won't screw this up again...
