So, I want to find some anime and I'm having a rough time using the typical torrent sites like TPB and Isohunt. What is the best way to find torrents for anime, no matter how obscure?

pic related, I'm searching some of them (like RahXephon for example) and I cant find any english subbed ones. Help? Any info at all?
