suddenly i find myself in the mood to watch gundam. i used to build the models when i was in grade school, but i never watched any of the series or ovas save for maybe two episodes of gundam wing when it was on toonami. a friend of mine claims that some of the series are actually pretty good and suggested i start with 0080.

what are /a/s opinions on the gundam series and what should i start with?
