My technique is a rhythm. No strange, erratic moves. Pay attention to what she likes and doesn't like. Don't be afraid to ask her either.

This is great advice now I'll add some on cunnilingus.
Personally I love to eat a girl out, but there are plenty of guys who don't like to. To start it the best thing you can do is slowly kiss your way from her breast all the way down her stomach and to her thighs.
