Everybody's assuming that OP's telling the truth about NOT fucking this chick. Why would she even point a finger at him if she didn't have some reason to. You don't just point to a hobo on the street and claim he is the real person who stole the money you took from the cash register at work.

If you want to win this shit, you need to have solid scientific proof in your hand. I'm not sure about the court, but you can feel free to demand that they reimburse you for the cost of the test. (Take it to her parents if she refuses to.)

Clear up your name first and THEN worry about what to do with your girlfriend. I agree with both >>7036966 and >>7037011. As I said earlier, it's a 50/50 shot as to what the truth is here.

(Though, in all honesty - why would your girlfriend willingly walk into your sister's side of the argument without even having any proof of her claims? She doesn't seem like the sharpest knife in the drawer. What happens if something later on in life pops up? She might derp and abandon you again without the slightest hesitation.)

Make sure the condom has no hole and that no one plays with the condom before it goes in. Flush it down the toilet and it is gone. Besides the condom, make sure she is on the pill. Step 3 - Consult lawyer for details on paternity to make sure you don't get stuck as the father without your consent.
Step 4 - Carry a few of the lawyer's card with you and if anyone ever talks to you about this again, tell them to talk to your lawyer.
Step 5 - If necessary, sue the younger sister for legal costs.

The legal system is not a toy and it's worth spending a few hundred bucks on a legal consultation just so you know what shit you might have to deal with just in case.

In the end, he was acquitted, but his reputation at the apt complex (and anywhere else the police had asked) was ruined and I cannot imagine gossip not spreading. He moved out soon after that. To the police's credit, it was a plainclothes officer so as not to cause alarm, but regardless, the first thought that appeared in my mind was that he must be guilty if the police were checking him out for a person of interest.

In my area, the term "person of interest" is the politically correct expression used by police and news media to avoid being sued for defaming someone by saying they were *accused* of a crime.

Potential baby scam in the making? Are they hoping you will pay them greenmail to go away? Have you discussed the problem with your rich parents. It may be worth getting advice and I presume they have a lawyer on retainer if they are a business owner. You need to check out your legal options and line up all the required legal windows of opportunity so that you do not pass any time limits on when to challenge or defend yourself. If you are in one of those child rights states, and you just ignore it, the default ruling will be in the child's favor and that will make the two people alleged to be the parents responsible to take care of the child.

If your parents are aspiring to be politicians or some other high profile corporate job, your problems may adversely affect their chances. So in such situations, it is necessary to seek their advice if they are understanding parents who do not disown you as soon as you get into any trouble.
