Albinos have to deal with lack of camouflage, increased rates of skin and eye cancer, faster rate of sunburn, possibly reduced vision, and in highly social animals, becoming ostracized from the group.
They CAN survive and reproduce, obviously, it's just much, much harder. If they die, well, there's a chance that their relatives will also carry the recessive trait, ad pass it down. Also comparing king cheetahs to albinos doesn't work as the those markings as unlike albinos it's not nearly as difficult for them to survive and reproduce. Only reason why it's so rare is because it's recessive and currently limited to zoos and very few regions.
