Anyone know what sort of bird this is? (Falcon, Eagle, etc. I was thinking falcon but I wasn't sure of the type. It didnt have any spots on it's chest like a Peregrine falcon)
Any help on identifying this bird would be appreciated. I'm afraid this is the best picture I have. I believe it was taken around Crater Lake, Oregon.
