Basically I want a pet. I need said pet to meet certain criteria.

Preferably somewhat large, I really like wrestling and playing with larger dogs since there is less chance of injury during play.

Must be tamable to at least the point of being pet, preferably able to be housebroken.

preferrably somewhat playful.

Somewhat cheap to maintain.

The more offbeat and exotic the better, but it still needs to be obtainable in the US
