My rats seem to be getting little specks of black stuff near the front of their eyes. It doesn't seem to be "gunky" or anything. I'd get some pics if I could, but I dont think I could get the little niggers to hold still long enough to get a clear picture.

Is this normal? I'm wanting to clean it off, but I have no idea how I could clean an area so close to their eyes...especially with them always moving around.
