Ok this really freaked me out and made me feel bad.

I was walking my dog around my block for his morning shit on someones lawn that I dont pick up cuz hes a yorkie and its the size of my thumb.

ANYWAY, we walk past a bloodhood chained up infront of the house (its effin cold) and they start barking at each other.
A girl(like 20), kinda punk/goth lookin comes out says hi, I wink...she didnt see it.

She then grabs the dog by his collar after unhooking the chain, pulls him faster than he can walk up the stairs and when he doesnt stop barking she kicks him in the balls.

Yea seriously...do I call the cops or peta? IDK is that even a crime?
