what IQ would you say marks a line of clear distinction between a really, really smart Bonobo and a really, really dumb human?

In other words, what's the IQ that separates what a Bonobo is capable of and what the human race is capable of (if we were all equal i.e.: same influences, environment etc.)? Be pessimistic about the human race.

I'll elaborate more if you need me to. It's kind of hard to put it into words.
