How do I grow Naga Jolokia peppers?
I was recently given some peppers to try. They have been dried, and I would like to grow them indoors from seed.

I plan to grow them indoors, and I have a Bearded Dragon, so I'm use to using heating equipment.

The lizard's cage is a constant 90 degrees, and his light stays on 24hrs a day. I know I need a heating pad, but I don't know how to test how much heat it will get to the roots. What should I buy to make the seeds sprout as soon as possible?
