Agaricus campestris (Field Mushroom), very nice
Agaricus bisporus (Cultivated Mushroom), very nice
Auricularia auricula-judae (Jelly Ear), kinda horrible in the recipe I made
Agaricus silvaticus (Blushing Wood Mushroom), very nice
Lepista nuda (Wood Blewit), was hard to tell coz the flavour was masked by other ingredients but it awesomely purple
Chlorophyllum rhacodes (Shaggy Parasol), hard to tell was in with other ingredients
Boletus edulis (Cep), hard to tell, was in with other ingredients
Marasmius oreades (Fairy-ring Champignon), hard to tell but the recipe was amazing
I want to add to this list though. I've got some Flammulina veluptipes (Velvet Shank) drying out right now that hopefully I'll eat soon. Also have some bright red waxcaps to ID
