Hello players! This is the admin, you may know me as "Yahweh", "Allah"
,"Buddha", "Shiva", or just as "God", announcing the arrival of V. 2.0.13. Here are the patch notes for the release, which, pending testing in PBE, will be released in late December-early January.

-The current leader of the major clan [USA] may be changed, pending a vote by the members of that clan.

-We have looked into concerns raised by some members that the 2.0.12 version has a dormant glitch that may be activated soon; we have looked into this matter and can confidently say there will be no issues.


Balance changes:
-In the social prestige class specific for the african class, there was a very overpowered trait, called "race card". Its effectiveness now decreases every consecutive use, and it now damages the player's reputation with several factions if used too often.

-The physique skill was being used by some players to gain an unfair advantage in the social ladders. As a result the bonus granted to social skills from physique is being nerfed from a 25% ratio to a 15% ratio.

-Some very high-end politcal players were exploiting the bluff skill to gain unfair amounts of power. Therefore, above the "mayoral" level of politics, we have implemented a "bluffbuster" feature.
