OP said his dad's last workweek was 3 weeks ago, and Terry appears to have been running a similar job albeit with more responsibility, at another office for her entire SH career. This other job ended last march.
I'm getting the idea her work for SH is on a freelance basis and mostly done remotely or on odd hours. I see no indications of networking or other jobs, and she DID take the effort to update her profile to reflect her other contract ending.
I'm getting the idea this freelance work is going to remain her main source of income when she moves. If we snip this cord, we fuck up their financial security mid-move.
