>>781971It's most likely a false positive. If I recall correctly, it produces the malicious code warning if it detects html embedded in an image, which isn't rare and is usually harmless.
If you didn't know, it was implemented because of a spate of "download this, rename it and run it!" posts a couple of months ago.
tl;dr: You have nothing to worry about.
